Born in the south of Brazil, Viviane Klein entered the world of fashion at the age of 15, making dresses and bathing suits for herself and friends. At age 19 she moved to Rio de Janeiro to study Fashion Design. Following her graduation in 1998, she worked for a haute couture house in Brazil and taught Fashion at the university while continuing to study Art.

After working with companies in UK, Brazil and the United States, she moved to New York with the vision of bringing a Brazilian sense of style to American fashion. Her love of the beach led her to create swimwear that is fun and feminine, tastefully combining sensual Brazilian styling with classic American elegance.
